Tell the Amadeus Discover team what you need, and together we can find a solution and integrate new content partners for you.
Public catalog: this is the content to which all our customers will have access if they sign a contract with Amadeus Discover.
Private catalog: this is the content to which you will only have access if you sign a contract with the provider directly (e.g. Disney or Universal).
But also, if you already have a contract with a public supplier, you can keep these agreements and have that supplier as private content.
Yes, we have a tool that lets you invite suppliers to join our catalog. They can create new activities, include descriptions, images, availability, prices and more. Once published, they can start receiving bookings. Suppliers will be managed by you, and you can decide whether other Amadeus Discover customers can book on this content or not.
Yes, but only in the redirect flow, so travelers will be redirected to a third-party website where they can make the booking.

Of course, you can integrate our content into the portal used by agents to create packages and sell activities.
Of course, our API can be used for a variety of purposes:
– Hotel: website, confirmation e-mail, communications during the trip, QR codes in the hotel, room directory, etc.
– Airlines: website, confirmation e-mail, check-in page, in-flight communication, in-flight devices, etc.

It depends on each implementation team, but we have estimated that our API can be well implemented in less than 3 months
All your reservation data will be available on the API, enabling you to feed your existing tool and create your own back-office!

Yes, you can use our API to include activities in your packages (flight + hotel + activities).
Our content is available by default in German, Spanish, French, and English. Additionally, thanks to the power of generative AI, we can provide high-quality translations into many other languages upon request—quickly and efficiently.
Commercial & Pricing
Payment
We have 2 options, you can be the MOR (merchant of record), so that they will be able to manage: payment, customers support and sending personalized voucher or we can find a solution you that our customer doesn’t need to be MOR, although this is our recommendation.

Each use case is different, so contact the Amadeus Discover team who will help you define the best use case for you and the corresponding pricing.
For each reservation you manage, you’ll receive a commission, depending on the business model negotiated with the Discover team.

Support
You can take care of customer care, at least at level 1, but Amadeus can also help you in this area.
Yes, during implementation, you’ll have the support of our team (PM and implementation manager) and once you’re online, you’ll have a Customer Success Manager to help you make the most of the content!
