These Amadeus Discover Website Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) govern your use and access www.amadeus-discover.com (“Amadeus Discover Website”), a website operated by Amadeus IT Group SA, a company with headquarters at Calle Salvador de Madariaga 1, 28027 Madrid, Spain (“Amadeus”, “we” or “us”) and which provides information regarding Amadeus Discover platform.
These terms of use constitute a legal agreement between you and Amadeus. Please read them carefully before using the Amadeus Discover Website. By accessing and using Amadeus Discover Website, you are confirming that you accept these Terms of Use (and any other terms incorporated herein by reference) that you agree to comply with them. If you don’t agree to these Terms of Use, you may not access and use Amadeus Discover Website.
Access and Use of Amadeus Discover Website
Amadeus Discover Website offers you information about Amadeus Discover Platform and enables employees, agents and independent contractors acting on behalf of hotels and other travel players to create an account to access and use the Amadeus Discover Platform.
Amadeus operates and controls the Amadeus Discover Website and provides it to you in its absolute discretion. In consideration of you agreeing to abide by these Terms of Use, Amadeus grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Amadeus Discover Website for your personal, non-commercial purposes and for no other purpose and subject to the Amadeus Discover Website Privacy Notice.
Amadeus does not guarantee the availability of Amadeus Discover Website and reserves the right to modify or discontinue Amadeus Discover Website, on a temporary or permanent basis, at any time with no liability towards you or any third party.
Intellectual Property Rights and Scope of Use
Any intellectual property rights associated with Amadeus Discover Website remain the sole property of Amadeus, its Affiliates or licensors (as the case may be) and nothing in these Terms of Use intends to transfer any intellectual property rights to, or to vest any intellectual property rights in you.

Indemnification

General provisions
A. Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use are the complete and exclusive statement relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior communications (oral or in writing) between you and Amadeus.
B. Assignment: We may transfer any of our rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any of our affiliates or any third party designated by Amadeus.
C. Changes: We reserve the right to amend sections of these Terms of Use at any time. The latest version will always be available on Amadeus Discover Website (www.amadeus-discover.com). Please read these Terms of Use from time to time to review the changes as they are binding to you. Your continued use of Amadeus Discover Website following the posting of changes to these Terms of Use or other policies means you accept the changes.
D. Severability: If any provision (or part thereof) of these Terms of Use is held by any court, or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or part, such void provision shall be deemed to be replaced by an enforceable provision with the closest effect possible to the original provision and these Terms of Use shall continue to be valid with respect to the other provisions and the remainder of the affected provisions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or on connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of laws principle. You agree, for the sole benefit of us, that the courts of Madrid, Spain, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) You may have against us and/or our Affiliates arising out or in connection with this Terms of Use. Nothing in this section shall limit our right to take proceedings against You in any number of other courts of competent jurisdiction (including arbitration courts), whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction.
